Papaioannou's 'Mileonas Estate' is located a stone's throw from Thessaloniki, Kilkis and Serres in Lefkohori, Lagadas Municipality. An area of 150 acres that is the most suitable place of peace and relaxation for you, your family and friends. This is how Kostas Papaioannou felt when he "discovered" this place in 1994. Approaching the estate, the magnificent view alone takes our breath away. Starting our tour of 'Mileonas' from the main entrance, we come across the kennel of Caucasian Shepherd Dogs and Yugoslav Sarplaninac. Going uphill, we cross the wooden bridge and reach the central building, the "Galini" mansion built of stone and wood, perfectly in harmony with the natural environment. Its outdoor area with the swimming pool hosts receptions with a capacity of 600 people, satisfying every requirement. Next to it is the restaurant "to Ktima", harmony of stone and wood here too, with an imposing fireplace in the center, built on levels and a huge bar, decorated with the owner's personal collection. Greek-Mediterranean cuisine, with the aim of showcasing everything the estate produces (goat, feta cheese, eggs, apples, walnuts, honey, etc.). With a capacity of 300 people, it offers something completely different to your meal, executive meetings, seminars, parties, conferences and any kind of social event. In front of it is the Prive event room, with a capacity of 25 people. It is used for private events (name parties, birthdays, engagements) by arrangement, having your own waiter. A separate space built with stone and wood, with a stone fireplace and a magnificent view. The children's playground, the riding track and the huge parking lot complete the setting on the upper side of the estate. On the lower left side of the estate, there are stables with 5 breeds of goats (Damascus, Feral, Murthy, Maltese and Zana). Stables of 900 m2, which house about 500 goats, with the aim of making the owner's dream come true, to create a cheese factory. There is also the stable of horses, with four breeds (Local Greek, Alpine Heinfilgen, Zakynthian Arabian and Bulgarian show jumper) and a coop with American Agricultural School hens. At the edge of the estate, to the right of the main entrance, is the Bistro 'o Mileonas', the imposing stone fireplace and the professional billiards have put their stamp on the place. A place where you can enjoy your coffee and your children enjoy nature, playing on the playground, 5X5 football field, basketball court or horse riding. An ideal place for birthday parties of all ages, school trips and more... At the end of the tour, we find that the Papaioannou Estate 'Mileonas' can offer you endless options, leaving the best impressions even to the most demanding!
